I was going to upload Shivae! Vas, but it needs to be saved for uploading first. I hope to get to that tomorrow, if not, it’s because I have a convention this upcoming weekend. It’s the last convention until Nightmare Nights this fall and I have a LOT of plans, but this week, I’m in a convention mind and that means I want to work on convention stuff. 😀 Thankfully, updates are complete for the following week and I’m well buffered on a lot of comics, although it’s been eaten a bit by conventions and spring break.
Thank you for your support, without it, I would probably not be nearly as productive. It’s removed a lot of worries and bought lots of groceries. My freezer is full right now. 😀 Not as difficult with my aggressive coupon clipping/sale watching, but still expensive to keep it filled, fill the fridge and the pantries, the latter are half full and gradually replenishing. I even sprang for a WHOLE brisket this month. Kinda nice to have a $5 coupon off one while it’s on sale as well. 😀 Going to be eating that for a week. It’s been a long time since we’ve had brisket. I remember back when you could buy them for under 50 cents a pound… :/

I sent in a comment today to Patreon staff, inquiring about three things. Text labels for the reward tiers, so I can see which tier gets what, since I can’t remember half the time based on amounts and can’t use the same amount. Which is why I am just giving everyone EVERYTHING.
Second, the ability to send items to multiple tiers at once. They only have it set to send to one tier, which is a minor hassle.
Third, the ability to let people choose MULTIPLE tiers, which would make things so much easier for me in conjunction with one and two.
I don’t think they had people in mind like me when they created this system, or just thought it’d be better if we made multiple Patreon accounts, which is great, except I’d still like all of the above things. 😀 I do have that option and am considering it.
WOULD it be better to split off into three Patreons? One for Alien Dice, one for The Cyantian Chronicles, and one for everything else? I’m considering it, because I wonder if it’s annoying to be seeing everything, even things you’re not interested in. I really don’t want to spam people with all these posts.
Attached, to make this more than just a text post, is a screenshot of my layouts, pencils and workflow for Shivae! Vas. What you don’t see is a third file of pages that already has ten pages paneled. Also missing are the six lettered pages. They haven’t been imported into Manga Studio yet. 😀 The first section on File 10 is like that, because they were pulled over from MS 4EX, which I was only inking in before making the plunge to coloring in EX5.

Whew… updates for this week! First, we have Sink or Swim! I realize this is probably the first time I’ve shown a roo really moving and move she better if she doesn’t want that whip to eat her.

Next, this week’s Campus Safari. SPIDERS! Then, Pawprints continues. There are only a few pages left and I’m finished with this arc. 😀
